This option works great for Investors and Home Owners alike.
We provide access to market your property on the local Multiple Listing Service and we'll coordinate all of the showing appointments.
You will be responsible for any additional marketing of your property, including paying any commissions to the Buyer's Broker (typically 2.7% - 3.2%,) that's up to you. You will also be responsible for everything else, ie. negotiation, paperwork, title coordination, etc.
If you are a homeowner who wants to sell the house yourself, but needs access to the local Multiple Listing Service to get the most exposure for your property, this could be the option for you.
The fee is just $500.00 for your listing and is good for one full year. This fee is due at the time of signing.
